Het textiel wordt geleverd met 5 jaar productgarantie en voldoet aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving en normen. Onjuiste reiniging, gebruik buitenshuis, behandeling met chemisch agressieve middelen, en invloeden van buitenaf (o.a. beschadigingen, insecten, vervuilde condensatie) vallen niet onder de garantie.
Het textiel kan gereinigd worden met water. Gebruik bij vlekken alleen ph-neutrale zeep en spoel zeer goed af na het reinigen. Om het textiel in goede staat te houden en schoon te maken, gebruik je een plumeau of een stofzuiger. Plaats een zachte borstel op de stofzuiger en zet de zuigkracht op de laagste stand. Verwijder dode insecten direct om vlekken te voorkomen.
